Refund policy

We allow returns within 3 days of delivery for purchases shipped within Lebanon. At this time, we are unable to accept returns from the rest of the world.

Within 3 days after the goods' recipe, refunds can be issued for any defects or abnormalities.
This needs to be brought up while completing the item's recipe and signing the good declaration form that our courier service provider gives you.

Refunds and returns can only be made using the original payment method.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once we receive the item and inspect it, if it is accepted, we will send you the new item directly.

Customers have 1–2 days from the day they receive the carpet to request an exchange.

All exchanges must be shipped using a shipping return label (our team will send it by Email or WhatsApp), and the product(s) must be received in the same condition in which they were delivered.

All exchange shipping fees are covered by the customer.

It is important that your rug return is properly wrapped, in order for Aramex to ship it back to our processing center.
