Return

We allow returns within 2 days of delivery for purchases shipped within Lebanon. At this time, we are unable to accept returns from the rest of the world.

Within 2 days after the goods' recipe, refunds can be issued for any defects or abnormalities.
This needs to be brought up while completing the item's recipe and signing the good declaration form that our courier service provider gives you.

Refunds and returns can only be made using the original payment method.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Sales@tapisdbouk.com.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and the exchange is approved, we will ship your new item directly to you.

Customers have 1–2 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

Online Exchanges Only: All exchange requests must be processed exclusively through our online customer service team. Exchanges cannot be made at any Tapis Dbouk branch or physical store. Customers must follow the official online exchange procedure.

All exchanges must be shipped using an official return shipping label provided by our team via email or WhatsApp. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally delivered.

All shipping fees associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

It is essential that all returned items are properly wrapped and securely packaged to ensure safe transportation to our processing center.
